  Crazy. way to slow you spend all your lunch time in line. To then stand in another line to wait for the food. People walking out tired of the wait. This place needs help fast.

  They NEVER get the orders correct so if you order something make sure its just how it comes. They have no clue what customer service is from the cashiers to management. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:37pm and did not order until 10:50pm. Got the the window paid for my food and the guy who took my card left it in the card reader and walked off. 10mins later I get my food. As expected my order was wrong then it took another 6mins to get someone to come back to the window to at least get my card. TERRIBLE experience. Stopped going here years ago because of situations like this but Im a fatboy so I gave them another chance but turns out there even more worse than before. I hate Colonel Sanders weak ass and that damn chiwauwau.
