  I went to this location last Sunday with a gift certificate my son's had given me for a birthday present, I hadn't been to this location and will probably not go back there. There was no-one on the desk downstairs but luckily there was a woman who told me I needed to go upstairs, the person in front of me had just finished and was asked how her massage was, I went back to the locker area to change into a robe and the to the waiting room, i was told my massage therapist would be Andrea for a deep tissue 1 hr massage, but the woman who came out was Mary she said she was the "deep tissue" massage person so maybe they got it wrong. I told her that I had an area on my upper arm that was giving me pain and she said she would be able to help with that. She was what I can only call rough and at one point I had to ask her to put more oil on as it was hurting when she was rubbing and pushing on my arm, she said if she did her hands would slip off, when she moved the sheet and blanket they weren't gently put down, but just dropped. I had kept my socks on as I didn't want my feed massaged, a practice that was know at everywhere else I have been, but she moved down to do my feet and I said I would rather she worked more on my neck and shoulders. At the end I didn't feel relaxed at all like I usually do. When I went outside I wasn't asked how my massage was, but rather did I want to apply my gift certificate to their member program, which I said no to. This massage was the worst I have ever had and I used to have one every month.
