  Dr. Crawford and his staff of assistants have destroyed my confident lifetime smile. The photos with the retainer are the "AFTER" of Dr. Crawford’s recommended treatment, and he and his many assistants work.
  
  He recommended putting braces on the front only to straighten one shifted tooth which occurred from a retainer he made for me one year prior, which made the tooth worst. Now, look at what has happened to my teeth. I am so deeply saddened, disappointed, and mortified. I am now self-conscious about my smile and mouth which has been a blessing to me and others over my life. At each point, I attempted to let Dr. Crawford know the shifts in the teeth were not moving correctly. Dr. Crawford shut me down, got angry with me, and told me that he was the technician and not me. Today was the delivery of the retainer. I advised him and his staff that the retainer did not fit well and asked for an explanation of why it was crooked on my mouth. I was brushed off today again and again. Today I would not leave without an explanation about the outcome of my teeth. I continued to be brushed off. This was due to a lack of care, as well as an office which was so busy as is always the case now. They do not take personal time for the needs of each individual. After being there almost 1-1/2 hours I was then able to speak to the office manager who took me with little seriousness and played word salad with me. I continued with my straightforward explanation repeatedly until she had to speak with me in the same manner. She then went and spoke to Dr. Crawford; she returned and told me he advised her that all he could do is refer me to an orthodontist which I had found myself, and whose office told me they would charge me $1500 at the very least simply to straighten the few front teeth as Dr. Crawford was to do. So, the solution was for me to be out of much more of my time, in addition to at least $1500. Please understand all of this was from simply following Dr. Crawford’s recommendation for treatment. Dr. Crawford nor his office had any care as to my devastation with my teeth. Moreover, many of the office assistants found this experience I was having as quite humorous, as laughter and snickering filled their faces. This sounds absurd because it was. I could never endorse such service, experience, or treatment. The pictures are worth 1000 words; however, the way I have been made to feel, in addition to the terrible condition and placement of my teeth, now at this moment, creates a level of speechlessness.
