  Some of the staff is awesome. Alma especially and the guy at the front desk. They try to keep the complex clean and tenants make the job difficult. Rent is reasonable. There is a lot of diversity. Maintenance is okay, some things are done immediately others take a very long time and multiple requests. It's an okay place to live. There are lots of water bugs in the summer, the complex is surrounded by trees. No major issues.

  Alma is an awesome apartment leasing agent!!!!! She is very knowledgeable about the apartments. She provided us a brand new renovated apartment and made sure that we were completely satisfied. She hid nothing from us and has the best personality this company can hold. Go Alma!!!!
